- In der Rolle des Product Owners (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Integration und Betrieb unserer weltweiten Telefonie- und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur.
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich das interne Team und unsere externen Partner im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk-Services. Dein Ziel ist der stabile und sichere Betrieb unserer Netzwerke.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und internationalen Landesgesellschaften leitest du Projekte und setzt innovative Lösungskonzepte um.
- Du priorisierst das übergreifende Product Backlog, planst den Kapazitätsbedarf für die Umsetzung im Team und steuerst die Anbindung an bestehende IT Systeme.
- Du übernimmst das Product Lifecycle Management für alle Anwendungen, die im Team zugeordnet sind und stellst den Betrieb sicher.
- Nicht zuletzt nutzt du in deiner Rolle ein breites Set an agilen Methoden und Tools und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung und Wissen in den Bereichen Network Integration, Security-Konzepten und Telefonie-Schnittstellen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von IT Lösungen sowie in der Projektleitung (inkl. Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern).
- Solides technisches Verständnis für Sprachkommunikationssysteme und -technologien. Dies umfasst Kenntnisse über VoIP (Voice over IP), SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) und andere relevante Technologien.
- Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis von Cloud-Kommunikationslösungen wie Cloud PBX oder Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch.
