    Key Responsibilities:

    Scalability:
    Ensure financial infrastructure supports rapid growth.

    Capital Allocation:
    Allocate capital to fuel R&D and product initiatives while maintaining operational quality.

    Asset Management:
    Oversee asset utilization, depreciation, and alignment with profitability goals.

    Budget Supervision:
    Manage budget allocation for growth projects, assessing potential ROI.

    Risk Management:
    Develop robust strategies to address financial risks associated with innovation and production.

    Performance Monitoring:
    Track both tech and asset metrics for informed decision-making.

    Collaborative Leadership:
    Work with other departments to align financial decisions with company objectives.

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Represent the company in financial discussions with external parties

    Ensure operations comply with international regulations and standards.

    Operational Oversight:
    Manage day-to-day activities and optimize resource utilization.

    Requirements:

    Scaleup experience:
    You have worked in a start up / scale up in a Finance Leadership position.

    Strategic Vision:
    Ability to envision the company's trajectory and leverage finance to drive, rather than simply support, its progression.

    Proactivity:
    Actively seeks to enhance processes and implement best practices to elevate quality and productivity.

    Relationship Building:
    Cultivates a strong network within financial institutions, venture capital firms, and asset financing sectors.

    Adaptability:
