    Role: Director - Power Electronics

    Location: Munich Region

    What can you expect?

    • Contribute to diverse international projects within a dynamic engineering environment.
    • Lead and mentor the Power Electronics team, overseeing task management and employee development.
    • Oversee various technical interfaces encompassing electrical drive technology, operational management, and mechanical integration.
    • Establish technical specifications for components and systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
    • Design and implement test procedures to verify component performance and compliance with specifications.

    What can you bring?

    • Masters degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, specializing in drive technology and/or power electronics.
    • Extensive expertise in circuit topologies and design methodologies for both AC-DC and DC-DC systems.
    • Experience leading and managing teams of engineers and researchers in the development of power electronics systems and products.
    • Fluent in English, with a willingness to attain proficiency in German.
