Constructor University (formerly Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH) is a private, state-accredited, English-language research university in Bremen.

School of Science, School of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences and are involved in the professional development of specialists and managers and in the transfer of knowledge.

CRM Specialist (m-f-d)
(Full-time 38.5 hours/week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

Monitor CRM integration processes on a daily basis
Support departments on CRMrelated queries, primarily Recruitment and Admissions
Analyze current customer behaviors to identify opportunities to increase customer retention and loyalty
Add, modify and fill various properties of CRM objects; Create and automate pipelines for various needs
Create documentation, guide and educate how to use a CRM for different use cases
Provide access to CRM, create roles, set up a proper access level
Prepare adhoc reports based on the request
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices

Your qualifications:

A completed universitylevel degree
Technical expertise with Salesforce and other analytical systems
Knowledge of online student marketing methods and best practices
Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets
Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for customer engagement and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Intercultural solid awareness and competencies
Preferably knowledge of German and another foreign language
Great willingness to travel
