- Sie zeigen sich in unserem pflegesensitiven Bereich der Neurologischen Frühreha verantwortlich für die Mobilisation der Patienten
- Sie sind Vertrauensperson und Ansprechpartner für die Patienten und sind verantwortlich vor allem für die aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege
- Sie begleiten Ihre Patienten gemeinsam mit den Pflegekräften und den Therapeuten bei den ersten Schritten zurück in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben
- Sie helfen Ihren Patienten, um sie zur größtmöglichen Selbstständigkeit und Mobilität zurückzuführen
- Sie agieren nicht nur als die allbekannte Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, sondern Sie sind aktiver Antreiber beim Erlernen und Trainieren der Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
- Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr und unterstützen so die Sprachaktivierung Ihrer Patienten
- Sie begleiten Ihre Patienten zu Gruppentherapien und leiten diese ggf. an
- Sie zeigen sich maßgeblich verantwortlich für den Ausbau und die Ausgestaltung dieser noch jungen Abteilung, sind kreativ und setzen neue Impulse
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Krankenpflegehelfer
- Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kreativität und Offenheit für neue Ideen und Veränderungen
- die Fähigkeit, das gesamte Team zu begeistern
- Feinfühligkeit und angepasstes kommunikatives Geschick
- Freude und Lust darauf, in einem hochprofessionellen Team neue Impulse zu setzen
- Gerne auch mit Bereitschaft an einer Weiterbildung zum Atmungstherapeuten (w/m/d)

Unsere modern ausgestatteten Kliniken verfügen über die Abteilungen Innere Medizin, Kardiologie mit Herzkatheterlabor und Stroke Unit, Gastroenterologie, Gynäkologie, Allgemein-, Viszeralchirurgie, Gefäßchirurgie, Unfallchirurgie und Orthopädie, Geriatrie, Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin, Psychosomatik sowie Neurologische Frührehabilitation der Phase B.
