For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - limited for 2 years - a
Master Data Specialist (M/F/d)
Your new job includes

As part of the Master Data Management team, you will be responsible for the quality of master data. In particular, you will obtain supplier and article master data through direct contact with national and international suppliers via data pool and Excel files

- derive training requirements for our suppliers based on the data provided and proactively initiate working meetings to improve data quality and conduct them with a maximum focus on results
- conduct queries of our suppliers for new master data requirements based on legal regulations
- ensure high data quality at Gebr. Heinemann, especially through completeness and plausibility checks
- carry out the maintenance of quality assurance reporting
- identify and implement process optimizations in day-to-day business

What you should bring along

A completed commercial apprenticeship
First professional experience in master data management ideally of article and supplier master data
Good Excel skills and ideally data pool and SAP knowledge
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
A quick apprehension, team spirit and enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts
