    Stellenbeschreibung

    Die Position des Head of Regulatory Affairs Germany in unserem Standort in Düsseldorf, Deutschland, berichtet direkt an den Head of Regulatory Affairs der EMEAC-Region mit Sitz in Zug, Schweiz. In dieser wichtigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für strategische Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit neuen und bestehenden Produkten in Deutschland. Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Leitung des Regulatory Affairs-Teams und dem Aufbau funktionaler Kompetenzen bis hin zu Verhandlungen und Interaktionen mit Gesundheitsbehörden für Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte und Kosmetika.

    Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Regulatory-Affairs-Strategie für neue und bestehende Produkte in Deutschland
    • Führung des Regulatory-Affairs-Teams und Aufbau funktionaler Kompetenzen
    • Verhandlungen und Interaktionen mit Gesundheitsbehörden für Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte und Kosmetika
    • Verantwortlichkeit als Regulatory Information Officer gemäß § 74a, §8 AMG
    • Leitung der Regulierungsaktivitäten für das gesamte Produktportfolio in unterschiedlichen Kategorien
    • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktlizenzen und deren rechtzeitige Aktualisierung
    • Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Beziehungen zu Gesundheitsbehörden und Standardisierungsgremien
    • Kontinuierliche Anpassung an relevante regulatorische Entwicklungen und Definition von Strategien entsprechend

    Anforderungen

    • Abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Pharmaziewissenschaften.
    • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Regulatory Affairs für Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte und/oder Kosmetika.
    • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Deutschland.
    • Erfahrung als Regulatory Information Officer nach §74a, §8 AMG.
    • Exzellente Kenntnisse der deutschen Gesetzgebung und Regulierung für Arzneimittel.
    • Starke Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Teamleitung.
    • Verhandlungsgeschick und Interaktion mit hochrangigen Stakeholdern.
    • Umfassende Kenntnisse der GxP-Vorschriften und SOPs.
