    Dein zukünftiges Team:

    Das Team Workplace ist Teil des Bereichs IT-Servicemanagement. Der Bereich IT-Servicemanagement ist weltweit der erste Ansprechpartner für Störungen und Service Requests rund um den IT-Arbeitsplatz. Kernaufgabe des 6-köpfigen Workplace Teams ist neben der Hardware am Arbeitsplatz auch die bereitgestellte Software, Mobiltelefone, Drucker und weitere Peripheriegeräte. Das Team kümmert sich dabei um den Betrieb von ca. 1200 IT-Arbeitsplätzen und 300 Mobiltelefonen in 32 Ländern.

    • Mit Know-how und Weitsicht kümmerst du dich im Rahmen des unternehmensweiten System- und Anwendersupports (2nd Level Support) um die Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen.
    • Dabei wissen wir ganz den Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Client Managementlösung für Windows, macOS und iOS Endgeräte bei dir in den besten Händen.
    • In enger Zusammenarbeit unterstützt du unsere IT internen Teams im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung und Bereitstellung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung, insbesondere Intune & Teams
    • Zudem arbeitest du bei der Weiterentwicklung der standardisierten IT-Arbeitsplätze und deren fachlicher Betreuung mit.
    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration verschiedenster Clientapplikationen inklusive des Lizenzmanagements.
    • Deine eigenen Ideen sind bei uns gerne gesehen sowie dein aktives Mitwirken bei unserer kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung.
    • Nicht zuletzt arbeitest du in Projekten mit und nimmst an IT internen Workshops teil.

    Mehr Können | Dein Profil

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) Systemintegration oder Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Erfahrung
    • Viel wichtiger aber: dein fundierter Erfahrungsschatz, deine Motivation und deine Lust darauf, etwas mit uns zu bewegen
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Management bzw. der Administration (idealerweise mit dem Microsoft Endpoint Manager oder Matrix42 Endpoint Management).
    • Konzeptionelle Stärke, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS und Microsoft 365. macOS wünschenswert.
    • Serviceorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
