Aufgabe
Als Teil eines Teams von 3-6 Berater innen arbeitest du an den wichtigsten strategischen Projekten aus cross-funktionalen Themengebieten und bekommst die Möglichkeit, dich fachlich zu spezialisieren
Im Verlauf des Projektes entwickelst du tiefgreifende Lösungskonzepte und unterstützt so unsere Kund innen
Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an die Verantwortung für die Lieferung deiner eigenen Arbeitspakete
Du unterstützt gemeinsam mit deiner Projektleitung das (agile) Programm- und Projektmanagement
Freitage nutzt du flexibel, um projektunabhängig eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und diese umzusetzen #
Profil
Du hast Spaß an stetig neuen Herausforderungen in einem komplexen Umfeld

Du denkst und handelst proaktiv und beweist den Mut, auch einmal gegen den Strom zu schwimmen. Der Spaß darf bei dir aber natürlich auch nicht zu kurz kommen
Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung, einer Strategieabteilung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld gemacht
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
