- Definition, Förderung und Umsetzung der CI-Strategie des Werks, einschließlich der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Fahrplans für die Implementierung des P3-Betriebssystems
- Beitrag zur Leistungsverbesserung in den Value Streams durch Förderung des Einsatzes von Lean-Instrumenten und -Techniken, abgestimmt auf das P3-Betriebssystem
- Organisieren und Durchführung von Lean-Veranstaltungen/Workshops (SMED)
- Unterstützung der Identifizierung und Umsetzung von CI-Initiativen im Zuständigkeitsbereich, aber auch im gesamten Werk
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Value Stream Manager, Bereichsleiter, Führungskräfte bei allen Themen sowie allen Verbesserungsinitiativen und Problemlösungs-Aktivitäten mit Hilfe von Tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagramm, Six Sigma)
- Unterstützung des lokalen CI-Teams beim Reporting sowie Sicherstellung, dass CI-Initiativen nachhaltig durchgeführt werden, Ziele erreicht werden / Sicherstellung, dass Projekte zur Produktivitätssteigerung mit klaren Zielen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten definiert werden
- Projektemanagement unter Einbeziehung von Tools (WAVE)
- Umsetzung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen aus dem Ideenmanagement
- Langjährige und eingehende Erfahrung in der Produktion idealerweise inklusive Trainings- und Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean, Six Sigma von Vorteil
- Hohe Kunden- und Shopfloororientierung sowie hohes Einschätzungsvermögen zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und gleichzeitig Fähigkeit selbständig und eigeninitiativ zu agieren
- Bereitschaft neues zu lernen und Wissen weiterzugeben
- Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern und zu motivieren sowie Zielorientierung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit dem CI-Manager und der Werkleitung zusammen, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprojekte und ‐Aktivitäten in einem definierten Bereich zu unterstützen und voranzutreiben. Ziel ist es dabei, die Profitabilität und Produktivität in unseren Value Streams und im gesamten Werk zu steigern. Ebenso Verbesserungen mit den operativen Bereichen zu identifizieren, indem ein gemeinsamer Ansatz von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und zur Beseitigung von Ausschuss verfolgt wird. Dabei kommen Lean- und Continuous Improvement Prozesse im Einklang mit dem neuen Produktionssystem P3 zur Anwendung. Sie sind treibende Kraft der Verbesserung und Veränderung im Werk und stellen dabei kontinuierlich konventionelles Denken in Frage. Sie fördern den Einsatz von Lean-Management-Instrumenten (z. B. tägliche Routinen, Gemba Walks, Produktions-Besprechungen, abgestufte Prozessaudits, TPM, ...), in Übereinstimmung mit dem P3 Operating System.
