Join Our Team as a Client Operations Agent at LIQID

As a Client Operations Agent (f/m/x), you will be the first point of contact for our demanding client segment in high-quality asset management. With your strong service mentality, you will ensure an excellent customer experience via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You warmly welcome our clients, whether it's over the phone or in person at our new Munich office, leaving them with a positive impression of LIQID. In addition to your responsibilities in operations management, you will also handle minor office management tasks to ensure smooth operations at our Munich office.

What You Will Be Doing Specifically:

Reception and Management of Customer Inquiries: You play a central role as the first point of contact, ensuring swift and professional handling of customer requests. You collaborate closely with our Client Success and Client Investment teams to efficiently address our clients' demanding inquiries. Your warm greetings and knowledgeable presentation give our clients a positive first impression of LIQID.
Handling Customer Requests: You will also be responsible for processing customer requests, such as updating personal data in our CRM system.
Office Management: Additionally, you will take on office management tasks at our Munich office. You will be in charge of organizing and coordinating various office activities to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

Background: You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally in the financial sector, and have gained initial experience in customer service. We also welcome applicants from the hotel industry or career changers.
Skills & Qualifications: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, a knack for understanding and empathizing with customers. You are fluent in German, with basic knowledge of English. You have a good technical understanding and preferably some basic banking knowledge. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
Mindset: Your service-oriented and empathetic approach, combined with excellent teamwork, ensures that customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
