Responsibilities:


  • The Customer Support Specialist ensures that the ordering and delivery processes run smoothly. You will be in close contact with customers and our supply chain and will be the first point of contact for the field service of Klüber Lubrication Germany.
  • You are the competent contact person for the concerns of our customers:
  • Preparing quotations and entering orders, checking data for correctness and completeness
  • Recording of complaints, correction of pricing errors and creation of credit notes
  • Goaloriented communication with customers, keeping their concerns in mind and providing appropriate feedback
