- Vollumfängliche Personalbetreuung entlang des Employee Life Cycles für den eigenen Betreuungsbereich innerhalb der Hauptniederlassungen Obergeorgswerder und Hausbruch
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in sämtlichen HR-Fragestellungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung des Recruiting-Prozesses sowie Durchführung des Onboardings
- Beratung und Verhandlung bei kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen, sowie Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Arbeitnehmervertretungen
- Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Themenstellungen
- Unterstützung bei Aus- und Weiterbildungsthemen
- Unterstützung der Positionierung des Bereiches HR als "Business Partner"
- Übernahme von Projektaufgaben sowie die aktive Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-) Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder Arbeitsrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit sowie im Umgang mit kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Mitarbeitern
- Erste Erfahrungen im Logistik-/Speditionsbereich wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Professioneller Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und dem Personalabrechnungs- und Informationssystem (PAISY)
- Einsatzbereitschaft, sicheres kommunikatives Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Affinität zum strukturierten Arbeiten
