    The Bundesliga is one of the world's most successful sports leagues being a social institution in Germany since 1963 with brand awareness levels of 99% and millions of enthusiastic fans all around the world.

    The main task of DFL Digital Sports GmbH is the production of media content in order to promote the Bundesliga brand internationally. Based in Cologne, the DFL Digital Sports GmbH produces and publishes media content via a variety of digital platforms. This includes production of content for international markets and the implementation of the league's own platforms.

    For our team in Cologne, Germany we are looking for a

    Manager Content Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)


    Here's what's waiting for you on the pitch:

  • You plan, coordinate and implement content for the official Bundesliga app, website and social media channels to increase the international relevance of the Bundesliga and its partners.
  • You collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders on content plans for the Bundesliga channels.
  • You continuously create data-driven analysis as well as reports and organize weekly/ daily content planning meetings.
  • You derive concrete content planning measures and continuously adjust the content and channel strategy based on take-aways from the performance analysis.

  • You have a degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications, advanced degree preferred.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in content distribution and project management or consulting experience in direct-to-consumer organizations.
  • You have a well-founded knowledge of digital content analytics as well as high presentation skills.
  • You are experienced in project management and preferably budget management.
  • You are comfortable using various data visualization and management systems and tools.
  • You are fluent in English and German.

  • You have in-depth Bundesliga knowledge.
