    Your tasks

    Für unsere SAG Büro Standorte in Hamburg, Frankfurt und Essen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Facility Management Manager (w/m/d) mit Sitz in Essen.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Dienstleistungssteuerung insbesondere unser technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility Management Dienstleister, mit dem Ziel die vereinbarten Leistungen sicherzustellen, einschließlich der Wahrnehmung von Leistungskontrollen
  • Sie verantworten die Liegenschaftsverwaltung; dazu gehört das Beauftragen, Koordinieren und Dokumentieren von Wartungen, Überprüfungen und Instandhaltungen der technischer Anlagen und des Gebäudes inkl. anschließendem Gewährleistungs- und Mängelmanagement
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung und wirken bei der Erstellung von Budgetplanungen mit
  • Sie verantworten die Flächenorganisation und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Büroangelegenheiten
  • Sie sorgen für ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild unserer Liegenschaften
  • Sie wirken bei der weiteren Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CAFM- (Computer Aided Facility Management) und unseres Arbeitsplatzbuchungssystems mit

    • Requirements

    Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine zusätzliche Qualifikation oder erste Erfahrung im Facility Management, gerne auch als Berufseinsteiger
  • Sie arbeiten organisiert und selbständig und sind offen für neue Lösungen und Verbesserungspotentialen - stets mit einem Blick auf Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement: Von der Planung und Ausführung bis zur Kontrolle und zum Abschluss
  • Sie haben gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Tools im Facility Management
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse von Normen, Standards, rechtlichen und technischen Richtlinien
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre hohe Empathie für die Schnittstelle zwischen externen Dienstleistern und dem Kerngeschäft, Ihre Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Ihrer Lösungsorientierung aus
  • Des Weiteren arbeiten Sie gerne in multidisziplinären Teams und fördern den teamübergreifenden Informationstransfer und die Zusammenarbeit
