- Manage daily lab operations and assist colleagues with practical tasks, including:
- Cell culture: handling human, mouse, and primary immune cells
- Molecular biology and cellular manipulation: DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, cloning, transfection, and more
- Perform various techniques such as western blotting, ELISA, and immunofluorescence staining
- Participate in animal work: monitoring and supporting experiments (e.g., inoculations, dissections)
- Support the development and optimization of new processes
- Handle logistical and administrative duties such as equipment maintenance and procurement
- Technical assistant or biology laboratory technician degree
- Proficient in molecular and cell biology techniques
- Experience with human and mammalian cell cultivation and engineering
- Familiarity with flow cytometry and microscopy techniques
- Prior exposure to animal experimentation in immuno-oncology is a plus
- Proficient in German and English
