- Du unterstützt das HR Team bei operativen Aufgaben über den gesamten Employee-Lifecycle
- Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit der Abteilung Payroll und koordinierst eingehende Anfragen der Mitarbeiter
- Du unterstützt eigenständig und proaktiv im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst Verantwortung für administrative Personalaufgaben
- Du hilfst dem HR Team bei aktuellen HR-Projekten im Rahmen einer agilen Zusammenarbeit
- Du bist Student/in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich HR sammeln
- Du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke & teamfähige Person mit ausgeprägter Eigenmotivation und für weitere Aufgabengebiete aus dem Personalbereich stets aufgeschlossen und engagiert

Nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitungsphase unterstützt du die HR Manager in jeglichen Personalangelegenheiten. Du erhältst die Möglichkeit deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen, Praxiserfahrung zu sammeln, internationale Kontakte zu knüpfen und Einblicke in betriebliche Abläufe zu bekommen.
