- Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung bei der strategischen (Weiter-)Entwicklung bestehender Partnerschaften im Sport, unter anderem mit dem SV Darmstadt 98, den VfL Wolfsburg Frauen, dem THW Kiel, SC Magdeburg und FC Bayern Basketball sowie im Ski Alpin und Skispringen
- Du entwickelst, intensivierst und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu Kooperationspartnern, wie Verbänden, Ligen, Vereinen und Sportler:innen
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Kooperationskonzepte und Aktivierungen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und -sympathie im Sportumfeld
- Du planst und organisierst Marketingaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
- Du pflegst eine ständige Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse, insbesondere im Workwear- und Outdoor-Segment, und identifizierst eigenständig Trends und Chancen im Sportbusiness
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent pflegst Du eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung und unterstützt interne Abteilungen wie Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung gemeinsamer Projekte
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sportmanagement und/oder -marketing, im allgemeinen Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Eine bestenfalls mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Partner- und/oder Beziehungsmanagement, idealerweise im Sportumfeld
- Du beweist ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und großes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Deine eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
- Du kannst Dich für verschiedene Sportumfelder begeistern und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse des Sportmarkts mit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich
