    Stellenübersicht

    Für das Team "Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und Lieferketten" sucht ELEVATE eine:n engagierte Berater:in zur Verstärkung unserer Präsenz im europäischen Markt (Schwerpunkt auf dem deutschsprachigen Raum).

    Als Consultant unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei der Integration von Nachhaltigkeit und Menschenrechten in ihre Kerngeschäft, insbesondere im nachhaltigen Einkauf und Lieferkettenmanagement. Du arbeitest an verschiedenen Beratungsprojekten, von der Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse.

    Du arbeitest in einem länderübergreifenden Team in Deutschland, der Schweiz und Großbritannien, unterstützt bei die Weiterentwicklung unserer praxisorientierten Produkte und Dienstleistungen und lernst hierfür von unseren Kolleg:innen in Asien, USA und Lateinamerika.

    • Aufgaben

  • Begleitung von Beratungsprojekten zu menschenrechtlichen Sorgfaltspflichten und zum Management nachhaltiger Lieferketten Risiko-Analysen, Gap-Analysen, Aufbau von Managementsystemen, Beschwerdemechanismen)
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des ELEVATE Best-Practice Fachwissens in den Bereichen nachhaltige Lieferketten, menschenrechtliche Sorgfaltspflichten und Beschaffungsstrategien;
  • Aufbau von schriftlichen und graphischen Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Vorbereitung und Vor-Ort Unterstützung von professionellen und ergebnisorientierten Workshops
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ausweitung der Präsenz von ELEVATE auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt und Akquisition von wirkungsvollen Beratungsprojekten durch Unterstützung von Angebotsprozessen sowie die Durchführung von Präsentationen und Trainings

    • Was Du mitbringst

  • Unternehmerisch denkende Berater:in mit 2-3 Jahren nachgewiesener Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Menschenrechtliche Sorgfaltspflichten, Nachhaltige Lieferketten und ESG Due Diligence
  • Fachwissen zu nachhaltigen Lieferketten, umweltbezogenen und menschenrechtlichen Sorgfaltspflichten und ihren rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen oder fundierte Branchenkenntnisse mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit
  • Effizientes Projekt- und Zeitmanagement
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude bei der Konzeption und ggf. Leitung interaktiver Workshops in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Arbeit im Team, virtueller Arbeit und vor Ort - mit einer ausgeprägten Fähigkeit zum Selbstmanagement
  • Verschiedene parallele Projekte spornen Dich an: Du behältst den Überblick und nutzt Synergieeffekte

    For the team "Sustainable Supply Chains / Human Rights Environmental Due Diligence", ELEVATE is looking for dedicated consultants to strengthen our presence in the European market (focus on German-speaking countries).

    As a consultant you will support our clients in integrating sustainability and human rights into their core business, especially in sustainable sourcing and supply chain management. You will work on various consulting projects, from conception to implementation and presentation of results.

    You will work in a cross-national team in Germany, Switzerland and the UK, supporting the further development of our practice-oriented products and services and learning from our colleagues in Asia, the USA and Latin America.

    At ELEVATE you work directly with our customers: You provide personal and targeted advice. Therefore, the position is ideal for independent and creative personalities who are motivated to deal with the individual needs of our clients and who would like to continuously develop towards becoming a technical expert and senior consultant. You can draw on the concentrated sustainability knowledge of your colleagues as well as our unique ESG data platform EiQ.

    • Responsibilities

  • Working on human rights due diligence and sustainable supply chain management projects (including risk analyses, gap analyses, building management systems, grievance mechanisms, etc.)
  • Application and further development of ELEVATE best practices on sustainable supply chains, human rights due diligence and procurement strategies
  • Produce professionally written and graphic content
  • Contribute to the and results-oriented delivery of meetings and workshops with corporate participants
  • Support and collaboration in the team for "Sustainability Strategies and Reporting"
  • Support the expansion of ELEVATE's presence in the European market by supporting proposal and acquisition processes and delivering presentations and trainings

    • Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial consultant with 2-3 years of proven professional experience in the areas of human rights due diligence, sustainable supply chains and ESG due diligence
  • Expertise in sustainable supply chains, environmental and human rights due diligence and its legal framework or in-depth industry knowledge with a focus on sustainability
  • Efficient project and time management
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills and enjoy designing and, if necessary, leading effective workshops in German and English
  • Ability to grasp issues quickly and work independently
  • Enjoy working in a team, virtually and on location - with a strong ability for self-management. Different parallel projects spur you on: You keep the overview and use synergy effects
  • Very good command of MS Office products (especially PPT and Excel)
