    ELEVATE sucht eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die uns bei der Entwicklung unserer stark wachsenden Nachhaltigkeitsberatungsangebote auf dem europäischen Markt unterstützt. Als Associate Director wirst Du ein kleines Team von Berater:innen leiten und koordinieren. Mit diesem Team unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei der Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in ihre Kerngeschäftsprozesse sowie bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Kommunikation von Nachhaltigkeitsleistungen entlang ihrer gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

    Du stärkst unsere Präsenz in Deutschland und übernimmst gemeinsam mit den ELEVATE-Expert:innen weltweit Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.

    Aufgaben

    Geschäftsentwicklung: Du festigst unsere Position im deutschsprachigen Markt durch:

  • Schärfung und Umsetzung unserer Go-to-Market Strategie mit dem Fokus auf Strategie- und Berichterstattungsprojekte im Kontext der Europäischen ESG-Regulierung (CSRD, EU-Taxonomie, Sorgfaltspflichtenregulierungen)
  • Ausbau des Kundenstamms und des Netzwerks mit Führungskräften großer Unternehmen in verschiedenen Branchen
  • Die Akquise und strategische Betreuung bestehender und neuer Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren regionalen Führungskräften und Consultants
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Methoden und Tools im globalen ELEVATE Netzwerk
  • Proaktives Business Development über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Webinare, Schulungen, Konferenzen, Thought Leadership- Beiträge)

    • Umsetzung und Beratung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Nachhaltigkeitsleistung auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen, durch:

  • Leitung von anspruchsvollen Beratungsprojekten und die Übernahme von Verantwortung für die konsistente Umsetzung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Entwicklung massgeschneiderter strategischer Konzepte, Roadmaps und Kommunikationsansätze und deren Positionierung auf C-Level
  • Befähigung und Anleitung Ihres Teams zur effektiven Anwendung unserer Lösungen unter Verwendung der ELEVATE/LRQA-Produktsuite
  • Stärkung der Fähigkeiten des Teams, unsere Kunden und ihre Besonderheiten und Bedürfnisse zu verstehen

    • Strategische Planung und Ertragsmanagement: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Erreichung unserer Finanz- und Qualitätsziele durch:

  • Mitarbeit im Managementteam des europäischen Beratungsteams und Übernahme von Teilbereichsverantwortung wie Wissensmanagement, Produktentwicklung, Business Development, Marketing und Kommunikation
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen Beratungsstrategie und -struktur
  • Repräsentation von ELEVATE/LRQA als Vordenker auf Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden-, Analyse-, Veranstaltungs- und Marketingteams

    • Führung / Teammanagement: Du unterstützt dein Team dabei Bestleistungen zu erbringen durch:

  • Schaffung eines motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds, das eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung fördert und die Freude an der Arbeit im Team hochhält.
  • Formulierung und Planung von Zielen und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen für Teammitglieder mit dem Ziel des kontinuierlichen Lernens und des Aufbaus von Wissen im Team
  • Sicherstellung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Trainings- und Befähigungsangeboten, Aktionsplänen und Ressourcenplänen sowie der Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Projekten

    • Qualifikationen, Fähigkeiten und Interessen

  • Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategie- oder Unternehmensentwicklung, Berichterstattung und/oder Nachhaltigkeit
  • Master-Abschluss in einer relevanten Disziplin
  • Starke unternehmerische Persönlichkeit und nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Beratung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Kundenmanagement und Teamführung
  • Emotionale Intelligenz und Konfliktmanagement
  • Bewährte:r Teamplayer:in mit ausgezeichneten Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Networking und Einbeziehung von Interessengruppen

    ELEVATE is looking for an experienced individual to help us develop our rapidly growing sustainability consultancy services in the European market. As Associate Director you will lead and coordinate a smaller team of consultants. With this team you will support our clients in integrating sustainability into their core business processes as well as in developing, implementing and communicating sustainability services along their entire value chain.

    You will strengthen our presence in Germany and, together with ELEVATE experts worldwide, take responsibility for the further development of our products and services.

    • Responsibilities

    Business Development: You will strengthen our position in the German-speaking market by:

  • Sharpening and implementing our go-to-market strategy with a focus on strategy and reporting projects in the context of European ESG regulation (CSRD, EU taxonomy, due diligence regulations)
  • Expanding the client base and network with executives of large companies in various sectors
  • Acquiring and strategically managing existing and new projects in close cooperation with our regional executives and consultants
  • Taking responsibility for the (further) development of methods and tools in the global ELEVATE network
  • Proactive business development via various communication channels (webinars, trainings, conferences, thought leadership contributions)

    • Implementation and consulting: you will support our clients in taking their sustainability performance to the next level through:

  • Leading challenging consulting projects and taking responsibility for the consistent implementation of our high-quality standards.
  • Developing tailor-made strategic concepts, roadmaps and communication approaches and positioning them at C-level
  • Empowering and guiding your team to effectively apply our solutions using the ELEVATE/LRQA product suite
  • Strengthening the team's ability to understand our clients and their specificities and needs

    • Strategic planning and revenue management: You take responsibility for achieving our financial and quality targets by:

  • Being part of the management team of the European advisory team and taking on responsibilities for areas such as knowledge management, product development, business development, marketing and communication
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the regional advisory strategy and structure
  • Represent ELEVATE/LRQA as a thought leader at conferences and events and collaborate with our client, analysis, events and marketing teams

    • Leadership / Team Management: You support your team to perform at their best by:

  • Creating a motivating working environment that promotes continuous development and keeps the joy of working in a team high
  • Formulating and planning goals and support measures for your counsellors with the aim of continuous learning and knowledge building within the team

    • Qualifications, skills and interests

  • years of professional experience in the field of strategy development, reporting, sustainability/climate change/supply chain consulting
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong entrepreneurial personality and proven experience in consulting, business development, client management and team leadership
  • Emotional intelligence and conflict management
  • Proven team player with excellent communication, networking and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic working environment with ambitious growth targets
  • Experience in budget management (revenue and pipeline) preferred
  • Professional communication in German and English
