- Durchführung und Beantwortung von Managed Services Ausschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sourcing Advisors
- Erstellung und Präsentation von technischen Konzepten für Kund:innen
- Analyse und Bewertung der Systemlandschaften sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen zur Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Konzeptes
- Beratung der Kund:innen im laufenden Betrieb in technischen Angelegenheiten
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Managed Services
- Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung der Entwicklungspotenziale und der Skalierbarkeit der Systeme
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der IT oder ein technisches Studium und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Managed Services
- Ein technischer Allrounder mit Wissen von Storage bis Azure (Microsoft-, Storage-, Server- und Netzwerk-Technologien)
- Erfahrungen in der Prozessualen Managed Services und IT-Outsourcing Beratung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von privaten Ausschreibungen und im Sourcing
- Eine lösungsorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und ein motivierender Teamspirit
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die nationale und internationale Kommunikation
- Arbeitsausstattung: Ausstattung mit neuer, leistungsfähiger EDV inkl. Homeoffice-Equipment, Merchandise wie Rucksäcke/Laptoptaschen, Poloshirt und Funktionsjacke
