- Beaufsichtigung und Leitung der allgemeinen Montage- und Karosseriearbeiten für Prototypen, einschließlich der Überwachung von General Assembly- und Body Shop-Aktivitäten durch externe Partner
- Leitung der Projektdurchführung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte innerhalb des Umfangs termingerecht und im Rahmen des Budgets sind
- Beschaffung von Ausrüstung, Verfolgung der Budgetkosten und Projektzeitpläne
- Verwaltung der Wartung und Kalibrierung von Werkzeugen und Geräten, die in Montage- und Karosseriebauverfahren

- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen unserer R&D- und Produktionsabteilung (intern & extern)
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrung bei einem OEM, Tier-1-Zulieferer, Ingenieurdienstleister oder einer größeren Werkstatt, mit SchwerpunktPT- oder Sonderfahrzeugbau und/oder Koordination der damit verbundenen der damit verbundenen Aktivitäten in der Generalmontage und im Karosseriebau
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Entwicklungsprozesse für Nutzfahrzeuge, Werkstoffe, Technologien und Vorschriften/Normen der Automobilindustrie
- Proaktives Problemlösungsdenken zur Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Montage, Änderungen und Qualitätskontrolle
