Speira ist ein globales Aluminiumwalz- und Recyclingunternehmen mit neun Produktionsstätten und einem Forschung- und Entwicklungs-zentrum. Zu den Standorten in Deutschland und Norwegen gehören mit Alu Norf das größte Aluminiumwalzwerk der Welt, mit Grevenbroich der weltweitgrößte Aluminiumveredelungsbetrieb sowie mehrere internationale Vertriebsniederlassungen. Speira beschäftigt rund 5.500 Mitarbeiter, hauptsächlich in Deutschland und Norwegen. Die Business Unit "Recycling Services", i.e. Speira Recycling Services Germany GmbH, bündelt Speiras Kompetenzen im Bereich Wiederverwertung und Zirkularität. In den Werken in Deizisau, Grevenbroich und Töging werden Schrotte recycelt und Guss- und Knetlegierungen sowie Speziallegierungen aus Aluminium und Magnesium hergestellt. Mit rund 500 Mitarbeitern bedient die "Recycling Services" als Zulieferer und Partner die Aluminiumindustrie in Europa.

Manager Metal Purchasing (m/w/d)

Was Sie bei uns bewegen

Die Beschaffung von Aluminium und Magnesium-Rohstoffe zur Bedarfserfüllung der Recyclingstandorte.
Die Erweiterung und Entwicklung der Lieferantenbasis.
Das Lieferantenmanagement, insbesondere die Qualifizierung, die Lieferzuverlässigkeit und die Reklamationsbearbeitung.
Die Ausführung von Metallliefervereinbarungen, sowie das Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
Die kaufmännische und administrative Bearbeitung der verschiedenen Anforderung im Einklang mit den allgemeinen Gesetzen, internen Vorschriften und Prozessen.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern, um eine stabile und kostengünstige Lieferkette zu gewährleisten.
Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Metallmanagement.
Die Implementierung verschiedener Abfallarten/Schrotten über verschiedene Recyclingstandorte hinweg.
Das Aufzeigen von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und -risiken.
Das Optimieren von Prozessen und Beschaffungswegen.

Was Sie auszeichnet

Akademischer oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der verarbeitenden Industrie, Erfahrungen im Einkauf von NE-Metallen oder Schrottrecycling sind vorteilhaft
Hohes Interesse an technischen Abläufen
Fähigkeit, interkulturelle Kontakte zu knüpfen
Hohes Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick
Reisebereitschaft
Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
