Der Bereich Capabilities & Insights leistet zusammen mit unseren Beratungsteams branchen- und themenübergreifend wichtige Beiträge zu unseren Klientenprojekten und internen Studien. Das Spektrum der Aufgaben reicht von kurzfristiger Recherche bis hin zur längerfristigen Begleitung von Projekten mit komplexen Analysen.Das einjährige Programm bietet dir die Gelegenheit, vor der Aufnahme eines Masterstudiums intensive Praxiserfahrung zu sammeln. Als Teil unseres Materials Teams arbeitest du aus unserem Düsseldorfer Büro heraus mit unseren Berater:innen im Bereich der Metall-, Bergbau- und Papier- sowie der ECB (Engineering, Construction and Building) Industrie und gewinnst so einen umfassenden Einblick in die Arbeit einer Research-Abteilung. Täglich unterstützt du unsere Beratungsteams weltweit mit Analysen zu anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen – beispielsweise zu der Entwicklung der Nachfrage auf den globalen Rohstoffmärkten und der Kostenstrukturen in der Metallindustrie weltweit. Du erstellst Marktanalysen, spürst Trends und Best-Practice-Beispiele auf, leitest Implikationen für die Akteure ab und entwickelst überzeugende Empfehlungen. Du recherchierst in einer Vielzahl von internen und externen Online-Datenbanken sowie im Internet und lernst dabei ein außergewöhnlich breites Quellenspektrum kennen. Die gewonnenen Daten und Informationen bereitest du für die weitere Nutzung adressatengerecht auf.Unser weltweites Client Capabilities Network (CCN) unterstützt dich bei deinen täglichen Recherchen. Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus aller Welt zusammen und erweiterst so kontinuierlich deine Fachkenntnisse. Regelmäßige Trainings, individuelles Coaching und ein:e persönliche:r Mentor:in helfen dir beim zügigen Ausbau Deiner Fähigkeiten. Nach Abschluss des Programms bist du so bestens auf dein Masterstudium vorbereitet.Benötigte Bewerbungsunterlagen:Lebenslauf, Anschreiben, alle relevanten akademischen und Arbeitszeugnisse (beginnend mit dem Abiturzeugnis).

Du stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Bachelorstudiums in Materialwissenschaft, Metallurgie oder Werkstofftechnik, das du bisher mit gutem Erfolg absolviert hast
Du zeigst großes Interesse an Themen der Metall-, Bergbau- und Papierindustrie und bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen mit
Idealerweise verfügst du über Auslandserfahrung im Rahmen eines Auslandssemesters oder Praktikums
Du hast Spaß an komplexen Fragestellungen und einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Zahlen, denkst konzeptionell und gehst den Dingen gern analytisch auf den Grund
Du zeichnest dich aus durch Einsatzbereitschaft, Zielstrebigkeit, Initiative und Kreativität
Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist kontaktfreudig und überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten
Du kommunizierst überzeugend in Wort und Schrift – sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache
