    Guest Knowledge & Engagement Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator CRM (m/f/d)

    Ingolstadt Village (Home-Office teilweise möglich)

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketing-Aktionen zur Neukunden-Akquise sowie zur Optimierung unseres Loyalty-Programms "Membership" in Deutschland
  • Planung und Erstellung des Kommunikations-Kalenders für unsere Datenbank sowie der Newsletter- und Push Notification-Kommunikation in Rücksprache mit den Marketing Verantwortlichen mit Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von AB-Testings zusammen mit dem CRM-Team
  • Eigenständige Planung und Erstellung von Zielgruppen-Profilen zur Segmentierung und zielgerichteten Kundenansprache
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Performance-Analysen im Bereich Newsletter und dem Loyalty-Programm
  • Planung und Erstellung von Loyalty-Vorteilen in Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Austausch und Best-Practice-Sharing zwischen dem Head Office und den anderen europäischen Villages
  • Erstellen von Briefings für die Grafik, Guest-facing-Abteilungen und weiterer Bereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen (z.B. Marketing intern, Hospitality, Retail), um CRM-Kampagnen erfolgreich durchzuführen und zu bewerten

    • Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarem Inhalt mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/CRM
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing/CRM-Bereich wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke, sowie eine analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität
  • Technisches Interesse in CRM und Analytics
  • Du begeisterst Dich für neueste Trends und Benchmarks im Bereich Loyalty und CRM
  • Hohe Endkundenorientierung, persönliches Involvement bei Events sowie Freude am Entwickeln neuer Konzepte
  • Du bist ein motivierter und zielorientierter Teamplayer mit gutem Organisations- und Zeitmanagement
  • Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft in die anderen Villages
