Job Description

Primäre Aufgaben dieser Funktion:

Als Pflichtpraktikant unterstützt du unser Team dabei, die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produktion voranzutreiben. Wir freuen uns darauf dich in unsere Projekte mit einzubinden und sind gespannt auf deine Sichtweise und Ideen, die du mit einbringst. Währenddessen wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, die gesamte Bandbreite der Aufgaben des Industrial Engineerings kennen zu lernen und dabei sehr nah an der Produktion zu sein.

Rolle und Aufgaben:

Aktive Mitarbeit in und Übernahme von eigenen Verbesserungsprojekten.

Durchführung von Zeitaufnahmen, Linienaustaktung und Kapazitätsbetrachtungen.

Daten Analyse und Auswertung.

Qualifications

Erforderliche Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder ähnliche Fachrichtung.

Grundkenntnisse in Lean Produktion wünschenswert.

Du bist kommunikationsstark.

Du kannst vor Gruppen sprechen & bist selbstsicher.

Du hast bist eine lebhafte Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt.

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
