    PROJECT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE (existing properties)

    Your tasks include planning and coordinating modernization and repair measures within the portfolio.

    You are responsible for coordinating with authorities and offices.

    You are responsible for the selection, control and monitoring of internal and external project partners, as well as for the AVA (individual award).

    You ensure that deadlines, costs and quality are adhered to throughout the project period.

    You will coordinate closely with our internal property management in all construction phases.

    You have completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture, TGA or a comparable qualification.

    You have relevant professional experience for the task, ideally in a similar position in the area of ​​existing real estate.

    You have in-depth knowledge of the topics of building regulations and urban development framework conditions; knowledge of contract and procurement law is an advantage.

    You are familiar with terms such as environmental protection and monument protection.

    You are interested in sustainable construction methods and materials.

    You are confident in using common Office applications.

    You have the famous hands-on mentality and work in a structured, committed and happy way in a team.

    Ideally, you already have some experience with SAP/HANA.

    You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
