    Founded in 2018, VIVERE embarked on a mission to revolutionize the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry with our cutting-edge, data-driven strategies and relentless pursuit of innovation. Our unique, vertically integrated model combines expertise in marketing, design, research and development (R&D), production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. We leverage a mix of sales channels such as Amazon, our proprietary e-commerce platform, and third-party retailers, and have established VIVERE as a comprehensive incubator for celebrated creators and global brands across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

    For our production facility in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a Mandatory Quality Control Intern (f/m/x).

    Tasks

    • Assist in the establishment of a quality management system using ISO 9001 and ISO GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices). This includes quality policies, standard operating procedures and reports
    • Carrying out internal audits on the production floor on a regular basis
    • Set up and implement a dashboard for the production process and for quality control purposes
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to improve the quality output within the departments and participate in SS (Lean) activities to ensure the quality of the production line on an ongoing basis
    • Testing of incoming organic / inorganic chemicals and ingredients
    • Perform quality checks on packaging and finished products
    • Ensure quality and availability of materials (raw materials, packaging, labels)
    • Support of the approval process for new product launches
    • Database management with our ERP Odoo

    Requirements

    • Mandatory internship for Bachelor- or Masterstudents in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, industrial engineering, or any other related field
    • Experience in quality control or quality management systems will be a plus
    • Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and experience with pH meter, Viscometer, alcoholometer and other basic laboratory equipment
    • Confident handling of MS Office
    • Experience working in a laboratory environment
    • You are a European citizen or are studying in Germany
    • Fluent in English, German is a plus
