We seek a Team Lead CRM passionate about customer engagement, analytical thinking, and leading high-performing teams.


What is the role about?

Team Leadership: You'll lead, mentor, and scale a dedicated team of CRM managers to drive performance and innovation.

Revenue Generation: You'll be responsible for increasing revenue through loyalty, referral and repeater programs. This means setting ambitious goals and creating strategies to reach them.

CRM Scaling: Your responsibility will be to grow our CRM initiatives in DACH and France, using your understanding of these markets to drive customer growth and engagement.

Developing CRM channel strategies across the DACH and French marketing, setting channel-specific goals and KPIs, and proactively reporting on their performance.


What will you need to be successful?

  • You have strong analytical abilities with a datadriven mindset.
  • You have a proven track record in scaling CRM initiatives, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • You are a strong leader with the ability to develop and hire talent.
  • You have at least six years of experience in CRM, including four years in a leadership role.
  • You are aware and you understand the latest CRM trends and initiatives.
  • You have experience in generating substantial revenue with CRM, with a positive ROI.
  • You have a handson mentality and the ability to manage CRM initiatives across multiple departments.
