- Proficiency in analytics tools like Excel and SQL
- Prior experience in developing pricing and packaging in various business sectors
- Experience in leading impactful global teams
- Proven track record in delivering strategies, experiences, or products in a collaborative environment

About the role and team
The Global Monetisation team plays a crucial role in maximizing long-term value for eBay across various stakeholders. As the Head of Global Monetisation - EU Markets, you'll be tackling some of eBay's most significant and intricate strategic elements, driving financial performance and shaping the relationships that eBay has with its customers and partners - a major source of competitive advantage. Your responsibilities will include optimizing eBay's commercial strategy, revenue drivers, and promotion plans, while also introducing transformation and innovation to unlock future revenue streams for sustained success.
You will report to the Director of Monetization - UK and EU markets and collaborate with the Global Revenue and Buyer Engagement team. You will need to work across functions within our international business and collaborate globally with other key leaders in countries like the USA and UK to develop revenue initiatives, pricing strategies, and pricing capabilities.
