    About the Role and Team:
    The Global Monetisation team's focus is on maximizing long-term value creation for the company across buyers, sellers, and partners. As the Head of Global Monetisation for EU Markets, you will be working on some of the most significant and challenging aspects of eBay's strategy. Your role will involve driving financial performance and shaping the relationships eBay has with its customers and partners, which are key sources of competitive advantage for the company. You will continuously refine eBay's commercial strategy, revenue drivers, and promotional plans while also introducing innovation to develop future revenue streams for long-term success.

    The individual in this role will report to the Director of Monetization for the UK and EU markets and will collaborate closely with major country leads in the USA and UK to develop global revenue initiatives and pricing strategies.

    What You Will Accomplish:

    • Craft and implement pricing strategies for diverse customer segments and product categories
    • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing and revenue management
    • Develop promotional strategies that align with pricing policies and contribute to long-term revenue growth
    • Facilitate communication of policy changes to sellers and ensure seamless integration with other seller-focused initiatives
    • Collaborate on regional and global projects to enhance organizational tools and infrastructure
    • Establish strong connections with B2C and C2C seller teams to ensure cohesive monetization efforts

    What You Will Bring:

    • Proven experience in revenue management and pricing services, including designing and managing rate cards
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related fields like Applied Econometrics, Finance, or Business Management
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and SQL
    • Previous experience in developing pricing strategies in marketplace, retail, or software-as-a-service businesses
    • Demonstrated experience leading impactful global teams
    • Track record of delivering strategies, experiences, or products collaboratively from inception to completion
    • Experience in Agile Product Management
    • Ability to present proposals considering both customer and commercial impact
