About the role and team
The Global Monetisation team's key mission is to enhance long-term value creation for eBay across buyers, sellers, and partners. As the Head of Global Monetisation for the EU Markets, you will be instrumental in shaping eBay's strategy, driving financial performance, and sculpting the relationships that define the company's competitive edge. Your role will involve optimizing eBay's commercial strategy, fine-tuning revenue drivers, and spearheading innovative approaches to secure future revenue streams.
Reporting to the Director of Monetization for the UK and EU markets, your team operates within the Global Revenue and Buyer Engagement organization. You will collaborate extensively across international business functions while also engaging globally with key counterparts in the USA and UK to drive revenue initiatives and pricing strategies.
