    CRM Berater/Technology Owner (m/w/d) ab 30 h/ Woche

    Ihre AufgabenSie übernehmen die funktionale, technische Verantwortung unseres CRM Systems auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:
    • Sie beraten den Product Owner CRM sowie die Fachbereiche in Prozess- und Arbeitsablauf-Themen
    • Sie prüfen die fachlichen Anforderungen und erarbeiten die technischen Lösungskonzepte
    • Die Implementierung durch externe Dienstleister wird zentral durch Sie gesteuert
    • Des Weiteren sichern Sie die Qualität, übernehmen das Testing und den Support der CRM-Lösungen.
    Ihr Profil Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich. Sie verfügen zudem über:
    • Praktische Erfahrung im CRM-Umfeld mit Microsoft Dynamics
    • Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (z.B. SCRUM, SAFe) und Projektmanagement
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie gute Präsentations- und Dokumentationskompetenzen.
