- Beratung und Unterstützung MBA Studierender hinsichtlich ihrer Entwicklung von individuellen Karriereplänen, Unterstützung bei der Jobsuche und Identifizierung von Zielfirmen, Bewerbungsunterlagen (Anschreiben und Lebenslaufanalyse), Interviewvorbereitung und Gehaltsverhandlung
- Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Durchführung von berufsbezogenen Workshops, Programmen und Aktivitäten
- Recherche der neuesten Trends in der Karriereentwicklung, Tools, Technologien, Bücher und mehr
- Unterstützung bei der Datenerhebung, Datenanalyse und Erstellung von Berichten, Kommunikation mit Recruitern, Bearbeiten, Verfassen und Pflege eines internen CMS-Systems, Koordination eines Team von externen Karrierecoaches
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaft, HR oder ähnlichem Feld
- Erfahrung in der Personalbeschaffung oder Talent Acquisition in der Wirtschaft und/oder in einer Karriereberatung im akademischen Umfeld
- Funktion im Bereich der Hochschulkarriere bevorzugt
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in englischer Sprache sowie interpersonelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Flexibilität, einschließlich der Bereitschaft, Karriereveranstaltungen am Abend und am Wochenende zu unterstützen
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Aufgaben und Projekte kreativ und initiativ anzugehen und umzusetzen und sind ein*e Teamplayer*in, der die selbständige Arbeit in einem multi-kulturellen Umfeld schätzt

Die WHU sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Düsseldorf einen Manager MBA Career Center (w/m/d) in Vollzeit. Das MBA Career Center unterstützt die Vollzeit- und Teilzeit MBA- Studierenden bei der Karriereorientierung und Jobsuche und ermöglicht Interaktionen mit Unternehmensvertretern und Alumni. Dafür organisiert das Career Center eine breite Palette von Veranstaltungen zum Netzwerken mit Firmenvertretern und Alumni und unterstützt die Studierenden in ihrer Karriereorientierung. Engagiert, mit Fachwissen und Erfahrung begleiten wir die Studierenden auf ihrem Weg zur Erfüllung ihrer beruflichen Wünsche und Ziele.Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

WHU is looking for a full-time Manager MBA Career Center (f/m/d) at the Düsseldorf campus to start as soon as possible. The Career Center enables successful interactions among companies, WHU students and alumni. By conducting numerous career activities for MBA students, we offer career orientation and an exciting platform for networking with company representatives and alumni. We are dedicated to helping MBA students from Germany and abroad discover the appropriate career journey that matches their fulfillment and secure a career that enables them to impact the world positively.This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
