- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner zum Thema numerische Simulation hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Aufwandsabschätzung, Zeitplanung und Umsetzung verantworten Sie die bereichsübergreifende Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von numerischen Simulationen in der Produktentwicklung im Bereich Strömungs-, Strukturmechanik und Thermodynamik.
- Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau von Kompetenzen in der Materialmodellierung, Systemsimulation und -analyse, Optimierung und expliziter Dynamik.
- Sie erstellen technische Dokumentationen und Präsentationen, auch in englischer Sprache.
- Sie entwickeln Methoden und optimieren bestehende Simulationsabläufe.
- Sie arbeiten in internationalen Entwicklungsprojekten.
- Sie gestalten den Aufbau eines Expertenzentrums für numerische Simulation aktiv mit und arbeiten eng mit unseren Teams aus Konstruktion, Versuch, Mess- und Anwendungstechnik sowie mit externen Partnern, Instituten und Dienstleistern zusammen.
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom oder Master) im Ingenieurwesen oder einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit.
- Sie konnten bereits praktische Erfahrungen in nichtlinearer und transienter FEM, expliziter Dynamik (Crash), System- und Materialmodellierung sowie Optimierung sammeln.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Programmpaket ANSYS, insbesondere LSDyna, Mechanical und Fluent sind für sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie sprechen und schreiben sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und mit 3D-CAD-Software.
- Solide Kenntnisse in der Mechanik, Strömungsmechanik, Werkstoffkunde, Optimierung und höherer Mathematik runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Sie entwickeln sich persönlich und fachlich durch unsere internationale und interdisziplinäre Teamarbeit.
