- Results and performance oriented digital business development and project management profile able to deliver work and support projects (at the office and in the field) with focus on technical aspects and business value in the green electrification and digital area
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation and improvement of green electrification and digital businesses, technologies and development scenarios, with special emphasis on digital based solutions
- Proactive and continuous development of Uniper's Innovation strategy
- Drive business development in fast moving environments
- Develop new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships and co-operations
- Interface to other Uniper functions for technical aspects in business development
- Support representing innovation activities internally and externally
- Masters degree in IT, electrical, power engineering or informatics
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in digital business development and/or digital project management in energy, energy systems, telco, automotive, IT or consulting
- Expertise in power and related commodities markets, as well as in the green electrification value chain
- Business and technical expertise to quickly and holistically understand, evaluate and develop business ideas and concepts
- Experience in managing multifaceted international projects
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and complex structures, including with external customers and partners
- Leadership skills to manage people in complex environments
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Independent way of working and ability to deliver, organize and coordinate work in functional teams across all hierarchy levels
- Willingness to develop competences in the field of innovation management, business development and project management
- Ability to perform in changing environments and under time pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills; good safety culture
- Fluency in English; other languages is a plus
- Choosing how, where, and when to work in accordance with your team and the requirements of your job
