    YOUR ROLE

    • Shape and drive the global cross business innovation strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
    • Identify key strategic priorities in innovation and drive the decision-making process
    • Drive complex global innovation strategy projects and change management programs
    • Shape and drive the sustainability and digitalization & automation agenda in innovation
    • Consult the innovation leadership
    • Inspire the innovation community with the internal communication agenda
    • Challenge the status quo and come up with new, innovative ways to make an impact

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Master's degree in business administration, strategy or technical professions
    • Proven track record in a consultancy firm or inhouse consultancy is a must
    • Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling and analytical skills
    • Proven experience in leading transformational projects
    • Leadership mentality with desire to challenge the status quo
    • Passion to work in diverse teams and collaborate across boundaries
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
    • Proficient oral and written communication in English language
