    UNSER MANDANT

    Our client provides tailored specialty chemicals and ingredients solutions that contributes to their customers' business successes. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands and has 33 office locations across 19 countries. As exclusive distribution partner for one of the top agricultural producers worldwide our client is well established in the German market yet there is potential to grow the business in the DACH region significantly. For the important task of exploiting the market potential in the DACH region, our client is seeking a commercial leader with good business acumen and strong leadership skills.

    YOUR ROLE

    • You develop and implement the growth strategy for the DACH region by defining a strong customer base, identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and by creating new partnerships and business relationships
    • You ensure that processes and resources are aligned for significant growth
    • You lead and inspire the team to strengthen their skills and abilities to improve personal and organizational performance. You create ownership and excellent teamwork.
    • You properly manage costs, investments and all factors affecting a profitable performance
    • You report on sales, business performance, market information and finance

    YOUR PROFILE

    • You have management and commercial experience in the food ingredients industry
    • You demonstrate strong leadership with expertise in building high performing teams
    • You have strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
    • You have a commercial or food technology bachelor or master's degree
    • You are a native German speaker and you have fluent English language skills
    This position offers a key role within a growing, non-bureaucratic company environment which values entrepreneurship.
