  • Leitung des Teams Engineering Application Management
  • Verantwortung für den vollständigen Application Lifecycle von interdisziplinären Business Applikationen insbesondere der Planung, Auswahl, Einführung, dem Betrieb, und der Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs der Business Applikationen, Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, Releases und Tests unter Einhaltung der definierten ITSM Prozesse, SLAs und Standards
  • Verantwortung für Service-Design und -Management
  • Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Applikationsportfolios, insbesondere Harmonisierung der bestehenden Applikationslandschaft und Standarisierung der Anwendungsszenarien
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT Abteilungen, wie Demand Management, Architektur und IT-Delivery, sowie Management der Stakeholder und Key User
  • Koordinierung von externen Dienstleistern
    • WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen einer Organisationseinheit
  • Berufserfahrung in Auswahl, Einführung, Customizing, Betrieb von Business Applikationen (PDM / CAD)
  • Methodisches Wissen im Projektmanagement und ITIL
  • Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit einem Nearshore Partner
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Defence und / oder Automotive von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Stark ausgeprägter Wille, einen professionellen Inhouse-Applikationsbetrieb und Projektsupport aufzubauen
