    Werde Teil unseres besonderen Teams

    Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Du arbeitest in einem kleinen, hochprofessionellen und motivierten Finance-Team unserer Holding und berichtest direkt an den Group CFO
  • Du koordinierst und optimierst das interne wie externe Reporting für alle 14 Landesgesellschaften
  • Du unterstützt die Landesgesellschaften beim Reporting und stellst zeitgerechte, korrekte und vollständige Abschlüsse sicher (konsolidierte Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse)
  • Du planst internationale Finance Projekte gemeinsam mit dem Group CFO und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung, beispielsweise die Einführung globaler Finance- und Impact KPIs, die Optimierung des internen Konzernreportings, der Rollout unseres neuen, gruppenweiten Konsolidierungssystems oder die konzernweite Einführung von IFRS
  • Du bist klar strukturiert und hilfst dem Management die Konzernmission umzusetzen – bis hin zu einem möglichen IPO
  • Du stellst die Zusammenarbeit der unterschiedlichen Finance Abteilungen unserer 14 Landesgesellschaften sicher und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Finanzplänen sowie bei der Budgetierung, Finanz- und Kostenplanung
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und die Finance Teams in unseren Landesgesellschaften
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Ad Hoc-Analysen inkl. Berichten und Präsentationen für Board, Management und weitere Führungskräfte
  • Du unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung der Compliance Anforderungen

    • Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungs­wesen/Steuern/Risk/Banking oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit berufsspezifischer Weiterbildung
  • Du hast bereits in einem international agierenden Unternehmen oder einer Prüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft gearbeitet und besitzt eine mindestens 5-jährige qualifizierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in Buchführung, idealerweise Erfahrung in DATEV oder MS Dynamics Finance
  • Du kannst andere Menschen überzeugen und bist kooperationsfähig
  • Du hast eine selbstständige, konzeptionelle sowie analytische Arbeitsweise und pflegst einen offenen Umgang im Austausch mit den Kollegen
  • Du besitzt Problemlösungs-Skills
  • Du bist ein Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent gepaart mit selbstständiger und systematischer Arbeitsweise
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und in Englisch
