Your Mission**:


  • Actively support Commercial Contract Management (CCM) in the interface between the Sales and Legal team in daily business and the development of the department during this dynamic startup phase.
  • Organize, attend, and document customer meetings.
  • Maintain contract templates and ensure the quality of documents shared with customers.
  • Be the CCM point of contact for reporting and ad hoc KAM (Key Account Manager) requests on specific contract topics.
  • Coordinate and document inputs from internal stakeholders for contract and amendment drafts.
  • Draft and analyze contractual documents and provide contract summaries.
  • Maintenance of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and creation of contract metadata.
  • Prepare, conduct, and document contract handover and debriefing.

Your Profile**:


  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Development, Business Administration, Law, or any other related field.
  • Available to work in Berlin or Munich from June for a duration of 612 months.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German, strong wording and articulation skills needed.
  • Experience in Contract Management, Legal and Sales topics are a plus.
  • Excellent dominance of MS Office (Word and PowerPoint), experience with Confluence, Jira and any CCM/ CLM Tool is beneficial.
  • Selfdriven attitude & eagerness to take responsibility.
  • Structured and analytical working style with a teamoriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working within a highpaced, impactdriven environment and getting handson to get projects to move forward.
  • Determination to gain (further) insights into the emobility business.
