- hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. zum/zur Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau)
- bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Recruiting und idealerweise Personalmarketing mit
- bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein sympathisches sowie kompetentes Auftreten
- hast eine organisierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Affinität für technische Themen
- bringst Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und gesunden Ehrgeiz mit
- verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
