- Sales Controlling für das weltweit ein- und verkaufende Tradinggeschäft des Geschäftsbereichs Handel (> 1 Mrd. EUR Umsatz)
- Auftragsbezogenes Controlling: betriebswirtschaftliche Bewertung von Neuaufträgen, Ad hoc-Abweichungsanalysen, Ergebnisrechnung, Cost Controlling
- Regelmäßiges Reporting auftragsbezogener Kennzahlen (Auftragseingang und -bestand bis Absatz, Umsatz, Deckungsbeiträge)
- Aufbau und anschließender Betrieb eines systematischen Sales Controlling-Ansatzes zur Optimierung der Geschäftssteuerung
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Vertriebsverantwortlichen
- Unterstützen der Geschäftsführung durch (vertriebsnahe) Ad hoc-Analysen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Uni, FH, BA) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Bewusstsein, systematische und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist
