Our online B2B platform for vehicles, connects lease & rental companies, fleet owners, car traders and dealers seamlessly with buyers in more than 50 countries all over Europe.

To further increase our footprint in Europe, OPENLANE Europe is looking for a Quality Control Specialist (in Tienen, Belgium or Ursensollen, Germany)

Who is OPENLANE Europe?

OPENLANE Europe was founded in Belgium in 2004 and has offices in 5 European countries (Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, France) and the UK.

Today, the headquarters of OPENLANE Europe are still located in Belgium (Tienen).

After the acquisition in 2019 by OPENLANE USA, a worldwide market leader of remarketing and technology solutions for vehicles, we became part of an even bigger group that guarantees to "Make used car wholesale easy".

What will you do?

You are responsible for the following activities:

Creating vehicles in Back Office or our dealer portal
Ensuring quality of in

- and outgoing data of vehicle descriptions

Timely processing of lists of cars to put in our auctions
Working on data improvement
Daily contact with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Who are you?

You have experience in the automotive industry or you are passionate about cars
You can work in a proactive way, you are resultdriven with an eye for details
You are able to work autonomously and you enjoy taking ownership
You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office knowledge of CRM programs is a plus
You have good knowledge of English
Dutch is a plus
You live in the surroundings of our offices
Tienen (BE) or Ursensollen (DE) and you can work in a hybrid situation partly at the office and partly at home (during the training period you need to come daily to the office)
