    Job Description:

    Quotacom is pleased to present an exclusive opportunity with a global manufacturing leader. We're actively searching for a standout Global Head of Process Engineering to join during this exciting transformative phase. As the Global Head of Process Engineering, you'll shape process development and manufacturing strategy in collaboration with the Global Operations department. Drive innovation, standardize assembly processes across international plants, and ensure seamless implementation of engineering tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate closely with Global Operations for an encompassing process development and manufacturing strategy.
    2. Propel assembly process development across international plants, ensuring consistent standards.
    3. Spearhead the creation of engineering tools, emphasizing automation and systemic connectivity using AI tools.
    4. Formulate strategies for efficient ramp-ups and ramp-downs, with technical responsibility for adjustments and new products.
    5. Pioneer manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic assembly processes, setting standards for the plant network.
    6. Establish assembly tool standards, overseeing design, production, and procurement, and determine planned costs.
    7. Champion change management, set global process FMEA standards, and support lean and CIP measures.
    8. Assume holistic budget and investment responsibility, driving efficiency measures.
    9. Provide goal-oriented leadership, fostering a team of adept professionals.

    Key criteria:

    Possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
    Accumulate managerial experience in a similar role.
    Exhibit a profound understanding of assembly processes and automation.
    Showcase extensive experience in AI tools and MES systems.
    Apply contemporary management methods (lean, CIP) with holistic economic acumen.
    Think strategically, maintain a high level of personal responsibility.
    Display organizational prowess, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
    Foster motivating, appreciative leadership with a robust team spirit.
    Fluent in written and spoken English.
