- Kundenberatung und Schnittstellenmanagement zu allen involvierten Partnern (intern und extern)
- Entwicklung von Inszenierungen und Konzepten im Bereich Live-Kommunikation (Corporate Events, Hybrid Events & Exhibition)
- Leitung des Konzeptionsprozesses im Austausch mit Kreation und Kunde
- Projektcontrolling – Angebots- und Rechnungsstellung, Auswertung und Reporting
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Messe & Events (z.B. Architekt*in, B.A. Messe-, Kongress- und Eventmanagement oder Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau) und/oder über relevante Erfahrung als Konzeptioner*in in der Live-Kommunikation (Messebau, Eventagentur, Messeveranstalter o.ä.).
- Hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in in Agenturen oder ähnlichen Bereichen gesammelt oder willst dich in der Funktion beweisen. Deshalb bleibst du auch im Trubel gelassen und leitest deine Projekte gründlich und souverän.
- Du bewegst dich geschickt im Messealltag. Messestände, Showrooms und Exponate sind für dich gewohnte Spielflächen.
- Du bringst gute betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Kenntnisse mit.
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und verhandelst sicher mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
- Für dich sind Kommunikation, Zuhören, Organisation und ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse selbstverständlich.
- Du kannst Menschen begeistern, überzeugen und inspirieren.
- Ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details sowie die Fähigkeit, große Vorhaben umzusetzen, zeichnen dich aus.
