- Support accounts receivables invoicing process, by validating "Ready to Invoice" and preparing invoices
- Review of steering tables and prepare internal invoice audits
- Validation and approval of provider invoices
- Support with the estimation and forecasting of costs and revenues
- Uphold with ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or office clerk, or studies in business administration
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to the daily tasks
- Excellent with numbers
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge in Power BI a plus
- Must possess a legal work permit in Germany
