- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für den Betriebsrat
- Konzeption, fachkundige Verhandlung und Sicherung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Bearbeitung komplexer individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen und Monitoring von Gesetzesänderungen
- Professionelle Beratung der Fachbereiche und HR bezüglich der Einhaltung lokaler Gesetze und Vorschriften im Rahmen von Beschäftigungsverhältnissen
- Entwicklung, kontinuierliche Optimierung und Umsetzung konzernweiter Standards für Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsvorlagen, Standardklauseln und andere arbeitsrechtliche Vorschriften sowie Prozesse
- Erstellung von Schulungskonzepten und Durchführung von Schulungen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Juristische Begleitung bei Organisationsentwicklungs- und Change-Management Prozessen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften/Volljurist
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Volljurist mit arbeitsrechtlichem Schwerpunkt, insbesondere im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht - bevorzugt in einem Industrieunternehmen mit Tarifbindung
- Tiefgreifende Expertise im deutschen Arbeits- und Sozialrecht sowie Betriebsverfassungsgesetz
- Erfahrung im Umgang und der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstarke und überzeugendes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen, Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie diplomatisches Geschick
- Spaß am Stakeholdermanagement, pragmatische Handlungsweise, hohe Flexibilität und Dienstleistungsmentalität, Teamplay
