- Regelmäßige Erstellung von Performanceanalysen und Bonusforecasts auf Basis des KPI Systems
- Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen, insbesondere mit Finance & Controlling
- Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung der globalen Performancemanagementprozesse
- Verantwortung der strategischen und operativen Jahresbedarfs-, Termin- und Themenplanung sowie Budget-Planung und -Controlling
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Controlling-/ HR-Controlling Hintergrund
- Analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Genauigkeit im Detail
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
