- Sie verantworten das Projektmanagement zur Entwicklung & Optimierung neuer und bestehender Produkte / Services unseres Portfolios als Paketdienstleister
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung interner und externer Mitarbeiter im Projektteam
- Sie koordinieren internationale Anfragen und vertreten die deutsche Landesgesellschaft in Workshops zur Produktentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer französischen Konzernmutter und anderen Ländern
- Sie verantworten Ihre Projekte inklusive Budget & Controlling von der Planung über Kommunikation bis hin zum Nachhalten von Projektphasen und Meilensteine
- Sie sind beauftragt mit der Strukturierung von Projektvorhaben und der Entwicklung geeigneter Projektorganisation unter Berücksichtigung & Integration von Kundenwünschen und -feedback
- Sie erkennen und bewerten Risiken und verantworten die Einleitung von risikoreduzierenden Maßnahmen
- Sie überführen Projektergebnisse in die Linienorganisation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/ BWL oder vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- oder Produktmanagement
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden wie PRINCE2 oder agiles Projektmanagement, etc.
- Erfahrung in der Logistik-/ KEP-Branche von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie rasches erkennen von komplexen Zusammenhängen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für IT-Systeme
